In-stock SKUs dispatch within 24 to 72 hours of advance clearance. Pan-India delivery then takes 3 to 5 working days depending on the destination city.

Boxed retail units carry the standard 3-year Intel manufacturer warranty. Tray (OEM) units carry warranty as per the tray terms, which is typically handled through the seller channel. We confirm the exact warranty per SKU before you pay.

Report the suspected dead unit within the warranty window with the batch and serial. We coordinate the replacement through the Intel channel or our distributor RMA, and ship the replacement once the faulty unit is verified.

What is the difference between tray and box?

A box (retail) unit ships in Intel retail packaging with a longer manufacturer warranty and sometimes a cooler. A tray (OEM) unit is the bare processor sealed in an Intel tray, priced lower and meant for system integrators. Both are genuine Intel.

Pricing is tiered by quantity: 50 to 99 units, 100 to 499 units, and 500 plus. The more you order on a single SKU, the better the per-unit price. Exact numbers are shared on call after we confirm current stock.

Yes. If you need a specific Intel SKU not on the catalog, send the part number and quantity. We source against firm orders with advance, and confirm lead time before you commit.

Sealed, unopened trays can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the order was shipped incorrectly. Opened or installed units are only covered under warranty, not returns, since CPUs are sensitive components.

Out-of-stock and pre-order SKUs typically take 7 to 14 working days depending on the channel and quantity. We confirm a firm date against your advance before locking the order.

Not yet. TESSERA ships across India only. We are focused on getting pan-India dispatch tight before opening export. For now every order ships to an Indian delivery address with a GST invoice.
