Dispatch timeline
In-stock SKUs dispatch within 24 to 72 hours of advance clearance. Pre-order and out-of-stock SKUs ship once the channel confirms, typically 7 to 14 working days. We give you a firm date before you pay.
Delivery time
Pan-India delivery takes 3 to 5 working days depending on the destination. Metros like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad are usually 3 days. Tier 2 cities and the north-east can take 5.
Couriers and insurance
We ship on Delhivery and Bluedart with trackable, insured waybills. High-value i9 and Xeon lots move on declared-value cover. You get the tracking number the moment the lot is handed over.
Packaging
Trays are packed in rigid, cushioned cartons with anti-static handling. Large lots are strapped and edge-protected. We do not ship loose trays in flimsy packaging.
Invoicing
Every shipment carries a GST invoice under HSN 8542 at 18% GST with your GSTIN for input credit. The invoice travels with the consignment and a soft copy reaches your email.
Receiving a shipment
Check the carton and seals on delivery. Photograph any visible damage before signing. Report shortages or damage within 24 hours of delivery so we can raise it with the courier.
