Warranty and RMA
Intel manufacturer warranty applies. Box and tray terms differ, and we confirm them per SKU before you pay.
Box (retail) warranty
Boxed retail units carry the standard 3-year Intel manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. The retail box and invoice are your proof of warranty.
Tray (OEM) warranty
Tray units are sold to system integrators and carry warranty as per the channel terms, which is typically handled through the seller rather than a direct Intel retail claim. We confirm the exact tray warranty per SKU before you pay so there are no surprises.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects and dead-on-arrival units are covered. Physical damage from installation, bent pins on the board side, overclocking damage, and units run outside Intel spec are not covered.
How to raise an RMA
Report the suspected faulty unit within the warranty window with the SKU, batch number and serial. Send a short description of the fault and your invoice number to us on WhatsApp or email.
Replacement process
We coordinate the claim through the Intel channel or distributor RMA. Once the faulty unit is verified, we ship the replacement. Turnaround depends on the channel, usually 7 to 21 working days.
Bulk lots
For bulk orders we track batch numbers against your invoice, so if a batch shows a pattern of failures we escalate the whole lot rather than handling units one at a time.
